If
for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact
us immediately. We will attempt to cancel an un-shipped
order on all non-custom parts, provided you notify us within
one business day of placing the order. Notifications of
order cancellations should be sent to info@wemakeparts.com
or call 800-882-7320. Any bank charges that cant be
reversed will be charged to you plus any additional fees.
Return
& Exchange Policy
We
are proud of the items we ship to you and want you to be
satisfied with your purchase. Return of original merchandise
must be within 30 days from time of receipt of the merchandise.
1.
Original merchandise must be complete, fully intact, not
be defaced or altered in any way, and in sellable condition.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized.
2.
Only the price of the merchandise and any sales tax will
be refunded. The cost of shipping to the customer and the
shipping costs for returning the merchandise are not refundable.
3.
The cost of shipping and the cost of insuring the goods
for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
No refund will be granted for any merchandise lost during
return shipping.
4.
Full refund including the shipping cost if the return is
a result of our error.
5.
If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the
shipping costs from your refund.
